•  Our exclusive in-house F&B provider, Levy Restaurants, partners with Food Banks such as Second Harvest Food Bank and Hunger at Home. Hunger at Home has a plethora of non-profit network that makes it easy and efficient for Levy to give back to the community.

  • “By partnering with Hunger at Home, we do not only play a pivotal role in ending hunger, but we also reduce the waste costs and positively impact the environment by diverting food and supplies from landfills.”

  • Waste Diversion Rate – Levy at the SCCC uses a system where Culinary closely monitors food left-overs on a regular basis.  Levy’s goal is to minimize food wastes.

  • Levy adapts the Mixed Waste Processing Program of the City of Santa Clara – “New Composting Law” (SB1383) https://www.santaclaraca.gov/our-city/departments-g-z/public-works/environmental-programs/residential-garbage-recycling/residential-food-scrap-pilot-recycling-program

  • Levy collaborates with the building management on Sustainability Initiatives in the venue, please see Santa Clara Convention Center “Green Meetings” page for more information - https://santaclaraconventioncenter.com/greenmeetings

  • Food and Beverage products are sourced locally to reduce our carbon emission footprint. (i.e. Produce – Chef’s Choice Produce Co. LLC; House Wines sourced from Local Wente Vineyards which is less than 30miles away from the SCCC)

  • QR Code - R&C Site Map – we help our clients build a QR Code accessible Site Map for attendees to use in navigating Restaurant and Cafés available in the venue during the event.  This not only makes us a contemporary venue, but also allows us to contribute to the environment by avoiding paper waste.

  • Digital Signage – R&C Menus are available through digital signage in place of the traditional mounted signs.
